PROJECT SCOPE

Not only an airport consolidated car rental facility (ConRAC) but also three automated people mover (APM) station for Tampa International Airport, undergoing a significant expansion.  This $384M design-build effort was both fast-paced and budget-driven, calling forth innovative yet cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the work.  DGA’s familiarity with relevant regional energy codes assisted with selection of efficient approaches that nevertheless maintain a high visual quality for all program areas in scope, such as public circulation, connections to existing Airport facilities, platforms, parking and rental car staging.
