PROJECT SCOPE

The West Side Multi Modal Transit Center / VIA Centro Plaza project encompasses 4.5 acres, featuring a public plaza that supports a variety of regional and nationwide bus carriers.  DGA developed the lighting for the entire exterior facility, including covered canopy, plaza, planted areas and surrounding streets.

A family of site-specific RGBW LED color-changing lighting initiatives were specified to celebrate the project’s historic setting and coordinate with a featured interactive public light art installation by artist Bill FitzGibbons.
